How to add a Live Chat feature

There are three Live Chat plugins available:
2. Olark
3. Zopim

We propose First you will need to sign up to a free account with You will then be required to insert your Site ID in the WebBuilderPro plugin under Properties.

For Zopim you will need to purchase a Zopim Live Chat license at
The Lite plan is FREE and allow only 1 concurrent chat and 1 agent, which is ideal for small businesses.

Once you have register a plan you will be provided with the Zopim SRC ID highlighted in RED below. Copy and paste this SRC ID in the WebBuilderPro Zopim Plugin as shown in the tutorial video below.
